Artists may submit up to two pieces. Work must not have previously been exhibited in a BGAC show.

Members: $15 non-refundable entry fee
Non-Members: $40 (includes a 1 year BGAC membership) non-refundable entry fee
Student Non-members: $20 (includes a 1 year BGAC student membership) non-refundable entry fee
Artwork drop off (Back Door of Coyote Beads, 178 S. Main St.):
April 15, 2026 4:00pm-8:00pm
Artwork pick up:
May 13, 2026 4:00pm-8:00pm
GUIDELINES
- 2 pieces per artist or collaborating artist group.
- Artwork must have been completed in the past 3 years.
- Include contact information attached your artwork.
- Artwork must be display-ready (no additional hardware required for installation). Any work that is not ready to hang is not guaranteed to be exhibited. Preference will be given to artwork ready to hang/display.
- BGAC must be notified if the entry is sold, so it can be tagged as such.
- This is an open exhibition. However, BGAC reserves the right to decline exhibiting artwork based on space constraints or other considerations.
Liability Notice: The Bowling Green Arts Council, Coyote Beads and Jewelry, and all assisting personnel cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or breakage of artwork submitted.
