All media provided to BGAC must be the property of the Teaching Artist, unless the Teaching Artist provides written permission from the copyright holder or evidence that the media are in the public domain. ● Schedule with BGAC staff a walk-through of the ArtSpace facility before the first class meeting, and after the conclusion of the last class meeting. The Teaching Artist will also be responsible for cleaning the area after each class. ● Provide the BGAC with an attendance sheet with student names and email addresses. ● Exhibit professionalism. ● If teaching youth 13 years of age and younger provide proof of liability insurance. ● Supervise students on the BGAC premises and remain on the premises until all students have departed the building, or if after business hours, a BGAC representative is there to lock the facility. ● Shall comply with all non-discrimination requirements of federal and state civil statutes, rules, and regulations. ● Provide all tools, supplies and equipment necessary for the class to be held.If application accepted, BGAC agrees to: ● Promote classes on the BGAC website and via social media, electronic newsletter.
