Fundraiser and Art Show
Thank you for showing interest in our fundraiser and art show! The Bowling Green Arts
Council is working hard on a full digital rebrand, giving you more shows and events to join,
a merchandise line, and more. We encourage you to participate in our fundraiser show to
help us continue our mission to bring art and beauty to our community.

Location: BGAC ArtSpace, 178 S. Main Street, Bowling Green
Opening Reception: August 9th, 2026 5:00pm-7:00pm
Register online by August 9th, 2026
Artwork Pickup August 22nd, 2026 5:00pm-7:00pm
ENTRY:
Members: $20 non-refundable entry fee
Non-members- $30 nonrefundable entry fee
Non-Members: $40 (includes a 1 year BGAC membership) non-refundable entry fee
GUIDELINES:
- All artist are required to contribute a raffle donation worth $40 or LESS (bring with you to artist drop-off). In exchange, all artists are entitled to one free raffle entry (winner announced at 7:00pm at opening reception)
- 2 pieces per artist or collaborating artist group.
- Artwork must have been completed in the past 3 years.
- Include contact information attached to your artwork.
- Artwork must be display-ready (no additional hardware required for installation). Any work that is not ready to hang is not guaranteed to be exhibited. Preference will be given to artwork ready to hand/display.
- BGAC must be notified if the entry is sold, so it can be tagged as such.
- This is an open exhibition. However, BGAC reserves the right to decline exhibiting artwork based on space constraints or other considerations.
Liability Notice: The Bowling Green Arts Council, Coyote Beads and Jewelry, and all
assisting personnel cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or breakage of artwork
submitted.
