Artists may submit up to three pieces. Work must not have previously been exhibited in a BGAC show.

Opening Reception

Members: $10 non-refundable entry fee

Non-Members: $35 (includes a 1 year BGAC membership) non-refundable entry fee

Students: $20 (includes a 1 year BGAC student membership) non-refundable entry fee

Artwork drop off (Back Door of Coyote Beads, 178 S. Main St.):

April 9 & 10, 3-6 PM

Artwork pick up:

May 9 & 10, 3-6 PM

GUIDELINES

  • 3 pieces per artist or collaborating artist group.
  • Artwork must have been completed in the past 2 years.
  • Include contact information on the back of your artwork.
  • Artwork dimensions may not exceed 24” x 24”.
  • Artwork must be display-ready (no additional hardware required for installation). No sawtooth hangers. Any work that is not ready to hang is not guaranteed to be exhibited. Preference will be given to artwork ready to hang/display.
  • BGAC must be notified if the entry is sold, so it can be tagged as such.
  • This is an open exhibition. However, BGAC reserves the right to decline exhibiting artwork based on space constraints or other considerations.

Liability Notice: The Bowling Green Arts Council, Coyote Beads and Jewelry, and all assisting personnel cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or breakage of artwork submitted.

Is the artwork for sale? If yes, include contact info for potential buyers (QR codes are acceptable). BGAC will not facilitate the sale of work. Please note: artwork cannot be removed prior to the end of the show.
